SERVICES AVAILABLE

· Mediation: The Family Center’s meeting rooms offer privacy and functionality in a convenient location in downtown Lancaster. Mediation rooms vary in size and are available for rent on an hourly or daily basis. We can also provide a neutral mediator at your request.

· Supervised Visitation: Provides non-custodial parents a way to build and sustain relationships with their child(ren). The parent and child(ren) will spend time together in the presence of a third party at our location. The Family Center staff handles logistics and scheduling to ease the way for visits. Visits are supervised by sight and sound in a controlled environment. All visits are documented and held in accordance with a court order or parent preference. Orientation is required to ensure the child is comfortable in the space and feels safe and secure.

· Facilitated Exchanges: This service is provided to give parents and children a safe and conflict-free environment to facilitate the exchange.

· Meeting Space: The Family Center has three conference rooms as well as a sitting area available to rent for a full day or half-day.

Mediation Room Rental

8 Hours - $150

4 Hours (9-1 or 1-5) - $75

Mediator Services

$200 per hour (no cost for room rental)

Supervised Visitation

$40 Per Hour (2 hour minimum)
